1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return your items. Refunds will issued for the amount customers paid for the item(s) excluding any shipping fees if any. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please read below for eligible refunds.

NOTE: Our swimwear comes with a hygiene liner to ensure your safety - return or exchange items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed. Please try on your swimwear items over your undergarments before removing the hygiene liner for sizing.

2. Exchange: Love it, but need a different size or color? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 14 days from your delivery date. Anna-Kaci will provide you with a pre-paid return label to print and send back to us. Return packages for exchanges must be sent with 7 days after a label is provided to you. You will be eligible for 1 exchange request per item ordered.

Please contact us with your order number and the color or size you would like to exchange for to start an exchange.

Eligibility For Returns & Exchanges

The returns & exchanges policy applies to all items purchased through our website at Anna-Kaci.com. To qualify for a return or exchange, your return package to us must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date. 

Items Not Eligible For Refunds

1. Items marked a FINAL SALE.
2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
3. Returns received in damage/worn condition or with fragrances
4. Returns received that are postmarked 14 days after your delivery date.

2. Send your item back to the address on the return form. Reuse original package if possible. Purchase your own return shipping label and return to the address on the return form. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Do I Have To Download The Return Form?

Yes, please download, print, and include the return form in your return package to us. If you do not include this, we will be unable to identify who the package belongs to and we won't be able to issue a refund.

What If I Don't Have A Printer To Include A Return Form?

If you're unable to print the return form, please click to view the return form and replicate the form on a separate piece of paper. Fill out the relevant fields and include your paper in your return package.

I Received The Wrong Item Or A Damaged Item. What Do I Do?

For any defective items or items sent in the wrong size or color, please contact us immediately within 14 days and we will make sure to make things right and make sure you're taken care of.

When Do I Get My Refund?

If you have already contacted us and sent your package to us, it will normally take around 5-10 business days after arrival for our refund department to process your return & refund. Once your item has been inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund and amount. You will be credited the amount stated in the email and it will take 3-5 business days for the amount to appear on the payment method you used at checkout.

My item did not arrive and was returned to sender. Can I get a refund?

If your package was returned to sender for whatever reason, you will be eligible for a full refund minus any shipping fees you paid. If you want the item resent, you will be responsible for an extra shipping fee charge.

When Do I Get My Exchanged Item?

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will ship your exchanged item within 5 business days. We will send you an email with your new tracking code once your item has been shipped. If this is too long, we highly recommend you sending your original item back for a return according to the steps above and ordering the new item you intended to exchange for to receive your new item sooner.

Please note, initiating an exchange on our website or by contacting our customer care team does not guarantee that an exchange will be possible at the time we process your return item. Inventory is not held for exchanges and may sell out before we are able to process your request. In the case your requested item is out of stock, you will be refunded for your order.
