It's free to sign up to purchase wholesale from us! Simply apply to the wholesale application at the bottom of this page and we'll get back to you within 3-5 business days. Once we review and approve your account, you'll have a direct wholesale account with us where you can purchase our styles directly on our website at wholesale pricing.

All wholesale orders will be shipping within 11-14 days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking code(s) and it will take approximately 3-4 business days for the package to arrive.

We're proud to be offering the lowest shipping costs around with only 7% of your order total applied at checkout as the shipping cost. This shipping % charge is subject to change at any time without notice.

 As of the 4th quarter of 2021, we're currently shipping orders both from our U.S & China due to global supply chain shortages, courier delays, increased inflation, and high demand for the holiday season. This allows us to still offer the best wholesale & shipping price for our retailers. We're proud to announce that our lead times, shipping times, and shipping costs are still the same regardless of where you order is being shipped from.

We use open sizing on our wholesale items. For example, this means if you just 1 red dress in size small, you will be able to simply add 1 red dress in size small to your cart and purchase it at the wholesale price.

All wholesale orders purchase amounts will be due at checkout where we accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not offer net terms at this time.

Currently not all of our items on our website is available for wholesale. If you log into your wholesale account with us, you will see that only items available for wholesale will have its MSRP price crossed out and a discounted wholesale price listed. However, if you see an item without a discount wholesale price and you would like to purchase it for wholesale, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to make the item available for wholesale for you!

Retailers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to contact Anna-Kaci to request a return. Retailers are responsible for the return shipping costs for the return.

Yes we support retailers in the UK, Canada, Spain, and France. We may reach out for additional information for your application if you are a retailer based outside of the U.S and help you with a different account set up and order method.
