Wholesale Return Policy

Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns: Retailers are only able to return their first order with us. Retailers have 14 days from the date they received their complete order to request for a return. Retailers are responsible for return shipping costs for the return. Once we receive your returned items, you will be refunded your order amount excluding any shipping charges. Subject to the 3 eligibility conditions listed below. To start a wholesale return please contact us.

2. Exchange: Retailers are able to exchange damaged or defective items only. Retailer must contact us and request for an exchange for damaged items within 14 days after receiving their complete order. Images of the damaged item must be provided as evidence before the exchange request is honored. Subject to the 3 eligibility conditions listed below

The exchanged item will be the same color and size as the original defective item unless the item is no longer in stock. If the exchanged item is no longer in stock, an exchange for a different color or size for the same item can be made. Anna-Kaci will cover the return shipping and exchange shipping cost. Eligibility Conditions For Returns & Exchanges

1. All returned items must be sent back with their original Anna-Kaci label, hang tags, and poly bags.

2.  Items must be sent back in the same condition the retailer received them as. Items must be in unworn and unwashed conditions.

3. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days after you first contact us for return or exchange.

I Received The Wrong Item. What Do I Do?

For any items sent in the wrong size or color, please contact us immediately within 14 days and we will make sure to make things right and make sure you're taken care of.

When Do I Get My Refund?

If you have already contacted us and sent your package to us, once we receive your package, we will process the return or exchange within 5 business days. Once your item has been inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund and amount. You will be credited the amount stated in the email and it will take 3-5 business days for the amount to but credited to the payment method you used at checkout.
